Death's Door Gin
Following the decline of the farming industry on Washington Island, acres of land lay untouched until 2005 when brothers Tom and Ken Koyen planted wheat for the flour industry. The Wheat eventually made it's way to budding brew house and distillers and Death's door spirits was born.
This Gin unusually uses only three botanicals, with the Juniper, Corriander and fennel all grown in the state of Wiscosin. As only three ingredients are used, all flavours can be detected and the bitterness is softened by extraction.
