Gin Cocktails at the Cellar Door

Tom Collins

The Tom Collins is possibly the most refreshing drink ever.  Simply 1 part lemon juice, 1 part sugar syrup, 2 parts gin and a dash of soda in a tall glass.  This cocktail can be served in a jug if you are in a larger group and try adding fruit for slight variation.

The now iconic cocktail is made with 1 part lime juice, 1 part sugar syrup, 2 parts rum, a palm full of mint leaves and a dash of soda.  Paradise in a glass.

Gin Pimms

Liven up a jug of Pimms by adding a tidy amount of gin. Garnish your jug with segments of orange, dill, cucumber, lemon and mint.  Try mixing with 1724 rather than lemonade for a sharp, grown up tang.

Blended Margarita

Add 1 part lime juice, 1 part sugar syrup and 1/2 part orange liqueur and 2 parts tequila to a blender with a scoop full of crushed ice.  Serve tall with a lime wheel and a mint sprig.  yum!!!!

Cool yourself down in style, by adding a shot of peach puree to a glass of bubbles.
